Why this honey?

Phacelia (Phacelia tanacetifolia) is highly attractive to bees thanks to its nectar-rich flowers. Producing high-quality predominantly single-flower phacelia honey requires favourable summer conditions and sufficiently large areas of flowering phacelia.
