Creamed honey from a family farm in Dobříš, Czech Republic. The bees have been cared for with respect and dedication for decades. The honey comes from natural, uncontaminated sources and is produced using environmentally considerate methods. Chopped freeze-dried blackberries and genuine Czech honey create a delicious fruit-and-honey spread that can turn breakfast into something truly special.

Honey and blackberries complement each other beautifully: the natural sweetness of honey is balanced by the slightly tart character of the berries. The blackberries are not ground too finely, allowing small pieces of fruit to remain and their flavour to stand out. As the berries blend with the honey, they naturally give it their distinctive colour, aroma and flavour.

Blackberries are known for their characteristic deep blue-black colour and naturally contain a variety of valuable nutrients. They are a source of vitamin C, B-group vitamins, beta-carotene, folate and vitamin K, as well as naturally occurring plant compounds such as flavonoids and anthocyanins.

Our honey contains no additives designed to prevent crystallisation. Its consistency may therefore naturally change over time, without affecting its quality. We also retain the naturally occurring pollen found in honey.

If the honey crystallises, it can be gently warmed in a water bath. To preserve its natural qualities, do not heat it above 45°C.
