240 g of our creamed blossom honey blended with a strong lemon balm tincture. The beneficial properties of lemon balm and honey are combined in an optimal ratio to preserve the character of both ingredients while keeping the honey delicious. No additives are used to alter the honey’s consistency. Its smooth, creamy texture is achieved solely through a long and careful creaming process.

Why This Product?

Lemon balm (Melissa officinalis) has been valued in traditional herbal practice for centuries. It is particularly associated with relaxation, calmness and supporting restful sleep. Traditionally, it has also been used to support digestion and general well-being.

The famous 16th-century physician and alchemist Paracelsus referred to lemon balm as an “elixir of life.”

Suggested Use

Take one teaspoon three times a day. It can be mixed with warm water rather than hot tea. The final serving may be taken approximately one hour before bedtime.
