This honey comes from a family-run bee farm in Dobříš, Czech Republic, where bees have been cared for with respect and dedication for decades. The honey is sourced from natural surroundings and produced using processes designed to respect nature.

Carefully selected mint is finely chopped and blended into the honey, giving it a distinctive fresh peppermint aroma that can be noticed as soon as the jar is opened.

Honey and mint create a distinctive combination of natural sweetness and refreshing herbal flavour. It works beautifully in tea and homemade lemonade, but also on bread, pancakes, in yoghurt or porridge.

The finely chopped mint gives the honey its characteristic aroma, flavour and slightly herbal appearance.

The honey contains no additives intended to prevent crystallisation. Its consistency may therefore naturally change over time. Crystallisation is a natural characteristic of honey and does not reduce its quality.

If the honey crystallises, it can be gently warmed in a water bath. Avoid excessive heating.

How to use

On hot summer days, mix it with water and lemon for a refreshing homemade drink. It is also excellent in tea or other warm drinks, on pancakes, bread, or combined with thick Greek yoghurt.

Our tip

Because of honey’s natural density, pieces of mint may gradually rise towards the surface. Stir well before each use.
