Creamed blossom honey from our family farm in Dobříš, blended with a generous portion of high-quality crushed freeze-dried raspberries. We have been caring for our bees with dedication and respect for decades. Our honey comes from natural, uncontaminated sources, and our production processes are designed to be environmentally responsible.

The result is a wonderful Czech summer combination with an intense colour and rich raspberry flavour.

Why choose this product?

We tested several different combinations of honey and raspberries before arriving at this one. Its creamy consistency makes it ideal for spreading on bread or mixing into porridge and yoghurt, while still delivering an intense raspberry flavour.

Freeze-dried raspberries retain many of their naturally occurring nutrients, while honey provides a delicious way to preserve their flavour and aroma. Raspberries are naturally a source of various vitamins and plant compounds, including flavonoids.

Our honey contains no additives intended to prevent crystallisation. Its consistency may therefore naturally change over time, without affecting its quality. We also leave the naturally occurring pollen grains in the honey.

If the honey crystallises, it can be gently warmed in a water bath. To protect its natural properties, avoid heating it above approximately 45°C.

Thanks to its creamy consistency, Raspberry Honey is perfect:

• spread on bread or pastries,
• mixed into yoghurt or porridge,
• served with pancakes,
• used in desserts,
• or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.
