A classic flavour inspired by Czech gardens: smooth creamed flower honey combined with high-quality crushed freeze-dried sour cherries.

The flower honey comes from a family bee farm in Dobříš, Czech Republic, where beekeeping has been practised for decades. The freeze-dried sour cherries give the honey its distinctive deep colour, fruity aroma and pleasantly tart cherry flavour.

Its smooth, spreadable consistency makes it ideal for bread, pancakes, porridge and yoghurt. Freeze-drying helps preserve the natural characteristics, flavour and aroma of the fruit.

No additives are used to prevent crystallisation. Honey is a natural product and its consistency may therefore change over time. Crystallisation is a natural process and does not reduce the quality of the honey.

If crystallised, the product can be gently warmed in a water bath. Avoid heating above 45°C.

Perfect as a spread on bread or pastries, with yoghurt and porridge, on pancakes, in desserts, or simply enjoyed straight from the spoon.
