240 g of our creamed blossom honey enriched with a strong plantain tincture. The plantain and honey are combined in an optimal ratio so that the resulting product retains a pleasant taste while making the most of the herb’s traditional properties.

Ribwort plantain (Plantago lanceolata) is a traditional European medicinal herb, commonly associated with supporting the respiratory system. It has traditionally been used for coughs and during seasonal respiratory discomfort.

Plantain is also traditionally associated with soothing irritated airways and supporting normal kidney function. Its use as a medicinal herb dates back to antiquity, when it was used in preparations for coughs and various skin complaints.

Plantain honey can be enjoyed in lukewarm tea and may be particularly pleasant during the colder months.

Directions for use

Take 1 teaspoon three times daily, either in lukewarm tea or with bread. At the first signs of seasonal discomfort, the amount may be increased according to preference.
