Creamed meadow honey from a family farm in Dobříš, blended with a carefully measured amount of high-quality chipotle chilli. The bees have been cared for with dedication and respect for decades. The honey comes from natural, uncontaminated sources and is produced using environmentally considerate methods.

A fantastic addition to summer barbecues, marinades and dressings — and, for those who enjoy a little heat, it also works perfectly as a dip.

Why choose this product?

Honey and chipotle chilli may sound like an unusual combination, but the balance between sweetness, smokiness and heat creates a distinctive flavour that works particularly well in savoury dishes.

Chilli naturally contains capsaicin, the compound responsible for its characteristic heat. Together with creamy Czech flower honey, it creates an intense sweet-and-spicy combination with a subtle smoky character.

The honey contains no additives intended to prevent crystallisation. Its consistency may therefore naturally change over time without affecting its quality. If crystallised, the honey can be gently warmed in a water bath. We recommend keeping the temperature below 45°C.

Our tip

Because of honey’s natural density, the chilli may gradually rise towards the surface. Stir well before each use.
